Made from a single layer of fine tulle, this delightful skirt has a soft satin waistband with a narrow satin ribbon trim around the hem. The waist is elasticated so that a growing child can comfortably wear this skirt for a number of years.
Very easy to wear! It can go over any other clothes without the help of a grown-up.
